      This was pretty good. DH prefers his steak just plain but I enjoyed having something different. Not sure it's worth the effort if only one of us is going to like it.

      I made this for my hubby's valentine dinner. Since it was a work night and I needed something I could prepare quickly, but had the richness and elegance of a timely preparation, I chose this. It took less than 30 minutes to prepare and I highly recommend it to the novice cook. My hubby said 5 stars. I am not a big steak lover, but I thought it was good. I used beef tenderloin in place of the NY strips. I served this with potato fans. Recipe #33929 and roasted brussel sprouts. Needless to say, it was a great beginning to a romantic night in our house. Thanks, Millie.

      This was so simple to do but so tasty, just loved it. I used sirloin steaks, and used Jack Daniel's as that is what I had. Must admit used to cook something very similar years ago and this brought back memories. Thanks for the memories.
