So Great! I used almonds instead of walnuts and added some apple pie spice and they tasted just like cookies! I made these with the kids (2 & 4) and they had a blast turning their portions into balls. To make them more like Larabars in consistency, I would recommend minimum pulsing. Thanks so much for posting. I am looking forward to using this quick and easy method to make many varieties!!

Really good! I wondered if the walnuts would be an overpowering flavor, but it all melded quite nicely. Thanks! Reviewed for Healthy Choices ABC tag.

I did end up making a few changes, but loved it so I gave it 5 stars. I thought that I had cashews but didn't so I used blanched almonds instead. I used a cup of each ingredient and added a bit of vegan chocolate. Yum. I formed them into balls and these will be great snacks this wek. Thanks for posting this recipe- it's so quick, easy and delicious. Can't beat that. I'll make it again for sure.
