Found on a box of Iranian honey dates.


  1. Melt some butter in a pot add a small bunch of soft dates and stir until they are warmed, mushing them with a spoon then add the freshly ground cardamom and stir until desired texture. (I like them a slight bit cooked).
  2. Spread over your favourite breakfast bread/toast.
  3. Enjoy!
