  1. Place all ingredients, except coconut in a non-stick pan and cook till thick(the mixture begins to collect in the center)
  2. When cool enough to handle, shape into rolls of desired thickness.
  3. Coat the rolls with the coconut and chill.
  4. When desired, cut into slices and serve.
