This is best made the night before you need it.
- 42 graham cracker squares, finely crushed,divided
- 26 marshmallows, snipped
- 8 ounces chopped dates
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- 1 1⁄4 cups heavy cream
- Mix 2 cups crumbs, marshmallows, dates and walnuts.
- Stir in cream, mix well.
- Shape into a log and roll in remaining crumbs.
- Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
- Serve in slices.
