"I love nuts and dates and cherries, this is my kind of cake, just enough sugar and flour to call it a cake."

• 946.36 ml nuts
• 453.59 g dates, chopped
• 236.59 ml candied cherry
• 236.59 ml flour
• 236.59 ml sugar
• 4.92 ml salt
• 14.78 ml baking powder
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 4.92 ml vanilla

directions

1. Mix nuts, dates and cherries in a large bowl.
2. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
3. Sprinkle flour mixture over fruit; mix well.
4. Add beaten eggs and vanilla.
5. Mix throughly.
6. Bake in tube pan at 275 degrees fahrenheit for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
