      Tastes like what you'd find in a Japanese restaurant! This must have been what was missing from my miso soup, too, it just isn't the same if you use ordinary veg. broth. Very easy to make, nice clear instructions. I'm going to try simmering tofu in it soon as well. Thanks for the recipe.
