  1. These were good, a refreshing flavor, the 45 mins would have been way way too long for me - I checked them at 20 mins and they were done. I'm glad I checked them. - The sauce was good but quite thin
     
  2. Good chops! The only change I made was to use a homemade peach and orange jam in place of the marmalade. Were cooked and ready in 45 minutes and were not too sweet from the sauce. Made for Football Pool Win.
     
  3. Very simple and tasty pork chop recipe. I made one pork chop but made all of the sauce (I love sauces, lol). The taste was great but all of my sauce slid off of the chop and burned in the dish. Not sure if my problem was because of so much sauce on one chop or not. Maybe with more chops in the dish I wouldn't have had this problem. But the chop itself tasted great. Thanks Sherrybeth and congrats again on your football win.
