Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 teaspoon vitamin E
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon glycerine
  • 4 tablespoons milk


  1. Mix everything together in a bowl.
  2. Every night before sleeping, take a shower and apply this mixture on your elbows.
  3. Soon, your elbows will look lighter and better.
