- 236.59 ml all-purpose flour
- 236.59 ml whole wheat flour
- 7.39 ml baking powder
- 1.23 ml baking soda
- 1.23 ml salt
- 157.80 ml granulated sugar
- 78.78 ml unsweetened cocoa powder
- 295.73 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 9.85 ml orange zest, grated
- 78.78 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 59.14 ml butter, melted
- 78.78 ml miniature chocolate chip
directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F Butter nonstick miniature muffin pans or line with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, and cocoa; gradually whisk in milk until blended. Whisk in egg, orange zest, orange juice and butter. Pour over dry ingredients and sprinkle with chocolate chips; stir just until moistened.
- Spoon into prepared mffin tin , filling 24 deep cups or 36 shallow cups.
- Bake, in batches as necessary, for about 15 minutes or until tops are firm to the touch. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes. Transfer to rack to cool completely.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
