  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cocoa, vanilla, oil, milk and egg in large bowl. Add boiling water; stir to combine. Pour into 8" square pan. Bake at 350-degrees for 35 minutes. Beat remaining ingredients. Spread over cooled cake.
