  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8-inch-square baking pan. Set aside 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
  • Microwave baking chocolate, 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips, butter and water in glass bowl ,checking and stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate and butter are smooth and melted.
  • Pour melted mixture into medium bowl stir in sugar, then eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla extract. Add flour and salt, stir well. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Pour into prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly stick. Cool on wire rack before cutting.
