A quick easy delicious homeade salad dressing.


  1. In a medium saucepan on medium high heat add vinegar, sugar and garlic till boiling then simmer till reduced by half. Add preserves and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Whisk in red wine vinegar and then canola oil. Season with salt & pepper.
