- 236.59 ml raisins
- 118.29 ml dark rum
- 473.18 ml all-purpose flour
- 118.29 ml sugar
- 7.39 ml baking powder
- 2.46 ml baking soda
- 1.23 ml salt
- 1.23 ml nutmeg
- 88.74 ml butter (3/4 stick)
- 236.59 ml sour cream
- 1 egg
- 3.69 ml vanilla
directions
- Soak overnight raisins and dark rum.
- Drain raisins, reserving rum.
- Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Cut in butter until coarse meal forms.
- Mix in raisins.
- Whisk sour cream, egg, vanilla and two tablespoons rum until smooth.
- Make a well in center of dry ingredients and pour in cream and egg mixture.
- Fill muffin pans three-fourths full and bake until brown.
- Bake at 375 degrees 20 minutes.
