- 3 large tomatoes, halved
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dried thyme
- Core the tomatoes slightly (enough to fill but not to make a hole clear through) and sprinkle with pepper.
- In a bowl, blend the rest of the ingredients.
- Spoon into the tomatoes.
- Broil for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
