This recipe is published for ZWT3. Recipe taken from World Recipes. Ridiculously simple to make.....I like to use very crisp Braeburn apples for this as the crunch & tang go perfecty in this slaw.


  1. In a large bowl combine cream, mayo, and sugar. Core apple, dice but do not peel.
  2. Add diced apple and cabbage to mayo mixture.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

A lovely, light and crisp salad - made with creme fraiche instead of whipping cream and enjoyed with a barbeque held for friends! Made for ZWT3. P.S. We all liked the addition of the sugar - do not be tempted to leave it out, as it enhances the apple flavours! Thanks Rezika! FT:-)
