Daniel Burnam Cocktail

"Named after the architectural and urban planner for New York City's Flatiron building and on the menu at The Cellar at Beecher's."

• 2 ounces tequila (recommend Milagro Reposado)
• 1 ounce Cointreau liqueur
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 ounce fresh watermelon puree
• 1⁄8 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
• ice

directions

1. Combine tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and watermelon puree in a glass. Muddle with a couple leaves of fresh cilantro then shake with ice.
2. Rim a glass with cilantro mixed with salt and pour in the cocktail. Garnish with a skewer of a lime slice and a watermelon ball.
