Made this last evening after dinner using a bottle of Jamison that has been very slowly dwindling for at least 12 years! It was enjoyed with a toast to the leprechaun's of the world. Made for Culinary Quest 2015.

Quite a different cocktail. My ex-boss always has drambuie....we always gave it to him for Christmas so I knew he could help me out with this one. We shared a cocktail and a tale or two...rubbed the blarney stone so to speak. Made for ZWT8. Thanks for sharing.

In the words of my Irish mother.... "Interesting and Provacative" and somthing she would like to "meet up with again". I think it is very refreshing. Thank God I'm Irish! Made for ZWT 6 by an Unruly Under the Influence!
