I found this recipe in a local church cookbook. Any one who tries it, always asks for the recipe. So here goes.....

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9 baking pan.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt together, set aside.
  4. In large bowl, beat eggs, add oil, buttermilk, sugar, vanilla, mix well.
  5. Add flour mixture, pineapple carrots, coconut, walnuts.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Pour into pan.
  8. Bake 55 minutes.
  9. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
  10. Store in refrigerator.
