I made mine with 1 kg fruit mix, 3 cups tea, soaked over night. Then add 3 cups s/r flour Cook for 2 and a half hours on 125c 26 cm tin I found the fruit juice too sweet. Very nice

  1. Mix fruit and orange juice and soak overnight.
  2. Next day add 2 cups self raising flour.
  3. Put in tin and bake for 1 or 2 hrs at 140-150°C.
  4. (Scrumptious) (Use skewer to test finish time. When skewer comes out clean cake is done).
