Another fresh and delightful salad from my friend, Alla. All amounts are estimates-- use your own best judgment.
- 1 large daikon radish, shredded
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 3 scallions, chopped on a diagonal
- 4 -5 sprigs fresh dill (fresh is certainly preferred) or 2 teaspoons dried dill (fresh is certainly preferred)
- Shred daikon, slice cucumber, chop scallions and dill, and toss in a bowl.
- Season with salt, pepper and mayo to taste.
