Dagmar's Orange Cake

ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 59.16 ml sugar
- 59.14 ml oil
- 295.73 ml self rising flour
- 1 whole unpeeled orange
directions
- Beat the 3 eggs with the sugar.
- Add the minced orange with peel until pulpy.
- Add the oil and self rising flour.
- Mix until all is combined.
- Bake in a small loaf tin at 180°C for 1 hour.
- If you wish, you can sprinkle some icing sugar over the top after baking.
