  • Beat the 3 eggs with the sugar.
  • Add the minced orange with peel until pulpy.
  • Add the oil and self rising flour.
  • Mix until all is combined.
  • Bake in a small loaf tin at 180°C for 1 hour.
  • If you wish, you can sprinkle some icing sugar over the top after baking.
