    This cake is very quick to make and is very tasty. We make it often when we are out and about in our Mobile Home. You can also use carrots instead of the orange

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Beat the 3 eggs with the sugar.

      Add the minced orange with peel until pulpy.

      Add the oil and self rising flour.
    4. 4
      Mix until all is combined.

      Bake in a small loaf tin at 180°C for 1 hour.

      If you wish, you can sprinkle some icing sugar over the top after baking.
