This is perfect for veggies or crackers. I love it.
- 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- garlic salt
- black pepper
- 1 hard-boiled egg (chopped)
- Mix all ingredients together. Chill for an hour. Serve with veggies and crackers.
This was a great dip! Very easy to put together which is always a plus. :) I served it with crackers but liked it much better with potato chips. Thanks so much for posting!!
