Dad's Favorite Sunshine Salad

This salad is delicious enough to eat as a main course. It's great when served with chicken or BBQ pork as well.

  1. Wash spinach and pat dry. Toss in a large bowl with washed grapes and the drained oranges. Add the sunflower seeds, noodles and raisins last, gently tossing it a bit. Use " Soy Vei " dressing or your favorite asian sesame dressing.

Made just as given in the recipe & we really enjoyed the sweet & saltiness of it, though another time I might be generous with the amounts of both the mandarin oranges & the grapes! Thanks for sharing it! {Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this fall's round of Pick A Chef]
