A very filling, delicious breakfast that is easy to make and a great way to start any day!
- Chop ham into bite size slices and place in frying pan.
- Chop potatoes into bite size slices as well and add to ham.
- Cook for a few minutes until potatoes are softened.
- Beat eggs in a small bowl until all the yolks are broken.
- Add eggs to frying pan with potatoes and ham.
- Add shredded cheese.
- Cook to liking.
