This is a cheese spread that my father made all the time. It is a cherished recipe.

  1. Combine the two cheeses and butter and mix until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If you really enjoy horseradish, just add more to taste.
  4. If you like your spread sharp, just cut down on the cream cheese and visa versa, if you would like it mild, just add more cream cheese.
  5. Serve at room temperature with your choice of crackers or crusty bread.

This is delicious! I doubled the recipe and made two batches. I split the spread in half and made one plain batch and added some crumbled blue cheese to the second half and it was even better! It was easy and a big hit with everyone that tasted it! Thanks for a great recipe!
