Mom Cyr's Chili

  1. Fry meat until brown.
  2. drain.
  3. add onions and cook until tender.
  4. add spices and remaining ingredients.
  5. simmer for 45 minutes.
  6. Or place fried meat & onions in crock pot with spices and remaining ingredients.
  7. cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
  8. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese or sour cream.
  9. Also good with tortillas and tortilla chips.
