"Dry rub for ribs, pork butt, chops etc"

• Ingredients: 8
• Yields: 2.5 cup

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup paprika
• 1⁄4 cup chili powder
• 2 tablespoons cumin
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons dry mustard
• 1⁄4 cup kosher salt
• 2 tablespoons granulated garlic

directions

1. mix all together and store in airtight container.
2. rub liberally on ribs, chops etc, wrap in foil for 2-3 hours and grill. :).
