  • 23 cup milk (whole, skim, almond, rice, coconut...)
  • 12 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 13 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 12 banana (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed (optional)
  • 14 cup coconut, shavings (optional)
  • 14 cup dark chocolate shavings (optional)
  • 14 cup peanut butter (optional) or 14 cup almond butter (optional)
  • 14 cup nutella (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cranberries (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa nibs (optional)
  • 14 cup canned pumpkin (optional)
  • 14 cup lightly salted peanuts (optional)
  • 13 cup slivered almonds (optional)
  • 13 cup cashews (optional)

Directions
