      Peel banana and core apple. Chop both fruits into bite-size pieces.

      Add yogurt and stir to mix.

      Here's the fun part. add anything you want to top it off! A few things I suggest are: raisins, walnuts, slivered almonds, coconut, mini marshmallows, granola or crunchy cereal.

      I saw this on the PAC Forum when Chef#65502 was updating that she had reviewed this recipe and she has posted up a pic of it. It looked so good I tried it for lunch. It was so yummy! I'm looking forward to it again today. I used the full cup of yogurt and thought it could use maybe only half, but other then that it's perfect. Thanks so much for such a yummy lunch idea!

      My kind of recipe - simple and delicious! I used Mango, Pineapple yougurt and about a tablespoon of easy granola. I made this for my adopted CalicEe for Spring 2009 PAC. Thanks!
