    Directions:

      Mix all ingredients and beat in blender for 10 seconds.

      Pour into buttered 9-inch deep pie pan.

      Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.

      Makes its own crust!

      MMMM GOOD! I'm always looking for easy recipes that use ingredients I usually have on hand. I don't have a blender but I used my hand mixer and this was so good and so easy. Didn't last long either!

      Made this last night...served it with roasted rhubarb dotted with butter, drizzled with brown sugar..was wayyyyyyyy yummmmyyyyy and wayyyyyyyy easy..thankyou for sharing this with me
