Quick and easy post-induction sandwich substitute. I always miss sandwiches during induction - these give me something to look forward to.
- 1 low-carb flour tortillas, small (4g net carbs)
- 1 tablespoon Kraft mayonnaise
- 2 ounces deli ham, sliced
- 1 ounce provolone cheese, sliced
- 6 -8 slices dill pickles, sandwich
- 2 slices tomatoes, halved
- 3 slices iceberg lettuce
- Place all ingredients - in your preferred order - onto the tortilla.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll tortilla up and enjoy!
