  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and form into patties. Pan fry on each side until no longer pink. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

I was unsure how to rate these. Half of us liked them while the other half didn't. I did use ground chicken instead of ground turkey. Made for 123 HITS

These are very tasty burgers! We barbecued them and served them on buns with avocado and sliced red pepper. The flavors in the burgers are yummy, but subtle when eaten with the condiments. You can really taste them when they are plain. They would probably be great as little appetizer meatballs too!
