    busy mom of boys's Note:

My son asked me to buy a broccoflower, and I had no idea how to cook it. The grower had a great recipe site Tanimura & Antle. My family loved it. Its smells great when cooking too.

Made as directed and served hot right away. It was pretty good though I wasn't sure if I liked the powdered spices after roasting. Put the leftovers in the fridge overnight and ate every bit of them cold for lunch the next day which was fantastic. So next time I'd make ahead, chill overnight, and serve room temperature. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
