How simple! How delicious! This dip was made from ingredients that I always have on hand, so I'll be able to whip it up on short notice when I have surprise company or when I need something tasty to bring to a pot luck. While I used veggies to dip, I kept thinking that fruit like apples, and pears would also be delicious. I have a bit left over, and might thin it out with a bit of milk to make a dressing for a spinach, apple, raisin, cashew salad. Yum!
