Curry Dip for Raw Veggies

"Simple, unique dip for raw veggies. I like carrots and cauliflower to dip in this the best. But any fresh, raw, crisp veggie will work."

  3. Thank you for my new favorite dip recipe! This stuff is sooo good. It goes with anything you'd like to dip, and it makes a nice salad dressing as well. I'm someone who likes a lot of variety in her diet, but I could eat this every day. I have made it with half sour cream or half blended cottage cheese. Both worked well and lightened this up considerably. So I can eat even more of it!

  4. I served this with our fondue meal the other night and my BIL admited that it was one of the best dips tht he has ever had. Being that he is not a fan of curry at all...I took it as a compliment! This dip tasted great withall the veggies, chicken, steak, pork, seafood...everything that we fondue'd. Thanks for the great recipe!

  5. I've made this recipe several times now and it's been a hit every time. Great as is, I've also added some plain yogurt along with the mayo (I use low fat Hellmann's instead of miracle whip). Great either way!

Tweaks

  1. This is wonderful, I used 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic in place of garlic powder and used Hellman's mayonnaise instead of Miracle Whip salad dressing, chilling overnight only improves the flavor, thank you KaraRN!
