Great on bread or potatoes.
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine, softened
- 3⁄4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pinch black pepper
- Blend all ingredients and store in the refrigerator.
This was very good. Had it with steamed asparagus. Added a 1/2 tsp of cumin powder. Delicious! Thank you for posting. YUM!
This was wonderful served with steamed artichoke leaves and I can't wait to try it with other vegies (when we become wealthy and can afford lobster, we'll try it with that too!)
