Sweet and spicy low-fat high protein wrap or sandwich filler.
- 1 lb extra firm tofu (I like White Wave Organic extra firm)
- 1 stalk celery
- 1⁄3 cup onion, minced
- 4 tablespoons salad dressing (I like SpinBlend)
- 3 tablespoons curry powder (or more to taste)
- 1⁄3 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon salt
- mince everything solid.
- Add salad dressing, curry and raisins.
- Mix and let sit overnight for best flavor.
