I added the chopped fresh sweet potato on the second step and allowed it to cook longer with the stock then pureed it with a hand wound. I then added an extra cup of stock because it was very thick. I felt the serving size was not very generous for four people, it was more for two. However we really enjoy eating this soup the flavours are outstanding. Thank you Calms79

Great soup. We boiled our own kumara. A very quick and simple soup but the flavours are fantastic. I think next time I'll make it without the curry and the kids will enjoy it too. The kumara and coriander were a great combination. Photo to come
