  3. Add the shrimp; cook and stir until shrimp are pink.
  4. Lower heat and stir in sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until heated thoroughly.
  6. Serve over rice.

My husband and I didn't care for this recipe, it was bland. When my husband says, "Don't make this again"! He means he didn't like it. "Sorry Nurse Di"!!! Maybe by adding some chopped red bell pepper, and onion would help.
