  1. Cook pasta according to directions, drain, and rinse in cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey and curry powder together along with a touch of salt and pepper.
  3. Toss in drained pasta, prepped veggies, raisins, and cilantro.
  4. Fold to coat ingredients with dressing.
  5. Let cool and sit for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to completely meld.

This was a very interesting variation on pasta salad. I made it with macaroni and think it would have been better with orzo b/c it was a little dry. The raisins definitely make the dish. Reviewed for PAC 2010.
