A luscious and simple go-to dish for anything from a nice dinner party to supper at home with the kids. Such a nice diversion from the usual chicken sautes.

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a 9x13 baking dish combine honey, water, mustard, melted butter, curry powder, lemon and lime juice, and garlic; mix well.
  3. Arrange in a single layer chicken breast halves, turning to coat.
  4. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
  5. Serve chicken and pan drippings over hot cooked rice.

My family really liked this recipe. The best part was how easy it was to prepare. I had some of the rice with curry sauce left over which I mixed some hot dog slices into the next day. That was also good. I think it would have been even better if I had fried the mixture.
