A "Company's Coming" recipe. This is a versatile meat sauce, you can use more or less curry to your liking. Makes a good, quick meat sauce.

  1. Combine oil, ground beef, and onion in frying pan.
  2. Brown, stirring frequentlty to break up.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and sage.
  4. Stir in flour until well mixed with beef mixture.
  5. Add milk all at once.
  6. Stir as mixture boils and thickens.
  7. Stir in curry powder.
  8. Add more liquid if needed, especially if reheating.
  9. Serve with rice or oodles of noodles.
