- drain corn, reserve liquid.
- melt butter in frypan.
- add curry powder and flour.
- cook while constantly stirring for about 20 seconds.
- pour in corn liquid and bring to boil.
- cook until sauce thickens.
- add corn and cook till corn is cooked.
- stir in parmesan and herbs.
- serve straight away on un-buttered toast.
