Betty Crocker has a similar recipe but uses 1/3 cup chutney, drained and chopped, 1 tsp. curry and 1/4 tsp. dry mustard plus a dash of salt.

  1. Cut cheese into 4 cubes and whirl with the other ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Serve at room temperature.
