  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spread coconut on a jelly roll pan and bake, stirring frequently until lightly toasted, about 7 minutes. Let cool.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, chutney and curry powder. Blend well.
  3. Pinch off about 1 teaspoon cheese mixture at a time and form 24 balls. Just before serving, roll in toasted coconut.
