Absolutely delicious and a wonderful combination of flavors. Made for the X-tra Hot Dishes ZWT.
Great chicken salad! I left out the onion (don't care for it) and used diced regular tomatoes as that's what I had on hand. Enjoyed the sweet and savory combination of flavors - thanks for posting your recipe! Made for the Top Favorites of 2009 event
Wow! This is sooo good. I used 4 tsp curry powder, texas sweet onions, and had no tomatoes, but it turned out fabulous without them. I'm definitely saving this recipe! I made this for Football Tag 2009 Superbowl game!
Yummy!! We loved this quick, easy, and flavorful chicken salad. The bacon added a wonderful saltiness and complimented the crunchy pecans and sweet golden raisins. I used 2 tsp. curry powder and cherry tomatoes, which I quartered. Also, we like our chicken salad a little bit sweeter, so I added a small amount of granulated sugar and it was perfect. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe...it is definitely a keeper!! *Made for 2008 Football Pool*
This was so good! And just what I was in the mood for. I added a little red pepper to give it more of a kick and also used low fat mayo. Thanks!!
5 stars, we loved this salad, lots of flavour and it looked pretty too.DH said he really enjoyed it and would love to have it again , a lovley summer meal. Especially like the nuttiness of the pecans, very nice crunch. I used no fat mayo and a heaping teaspoon of curry powder. I served it over green leaf lettuce and will try the leftovers in a sandwich for lunch tomorrow. Good luck in the contest.
