Curried Chicken

This is really easy to make and sure to please everyone!

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with pepper.
  2. Saute' in oil over medium heat until coooked.
  3. Drain.
  4. Cook broccoli until tender crisp; drain and arrange in bottom of buttered casserole.
  5. Place chicken on top.
  6. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, curry and lemon juice and pour over chicken.
  7. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake, uncovered, at 350F (180C) for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Prepare rice separately.
