Easy & awesome! Not adding stars, because I started to make this and discovered that we were out of curry powder. I subbed greek seasoning instead so it gave this a totally different flavor and was no longer "curried". However, it was very good this way. Used day old ciabatta bread, sliced in long pieces. Very yummy with soup.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are. This was delicious! I loved the flavor combinations and wouldn't change a thing. I got greedy and piled too much of the mixture onto my bread, therefore I had to move it further away from the broiler to get it to heat all the way through. I will definately keep this in mind for quick appetizers or a easy lunch. Thanks.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... These toasts disappeared in a huryy - I used whole wheat baguettes. You do have to watch them - I timed it just right. I like the way the mixture swells on the toasts - I used chopped olives instead of sliced Thanks Barefoot Beachcomber These could become a regular in my house. I had a bit of the mixture left over so I added some garlic and put it on a whole wheat bagel (bagel cut in half throught the middle) - wonderfulpeople found this review Helpful.
